The San Diego Stand Down will be held at the San Diego High School on June 29-July 1 (Friday-Sunday) 2018. This is the original Stand Down, having held its first event in 1988. We are honored to be proving services to homeless veterans and their families.
We will be offering vision services, including eye tests, custom glasses fabrication and eye health screenings.
We are in need of all vision professionals as well as general volunteers:

All qualified professionals must hold an appropriate valid and current California license, or be approved by the California Department of Consumer Affairs to serve at Free Sponsored Health Events.
The Clinic hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. We will hold a vision orientation/briefing at 8:00am sharp. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have time to find the event and clinic area.
